Kids Martial Arts

No way! Martial arts is about peace, harmony and diplomacy. It teaches children how to AVOID fights – not pick them.

Sometimes. But the truth is, injuries are very, very rare here. We have a lot of measures in place to keep your child perfectly safe. In fact, safety is our #1 concern.

Yes! In fact, martial arts is kind of a beacon of light for kids who just don’t fit into team sports. Kids who never could throw a ball well or run fast find that martial arts is accessible to them. It’s something they excel at, and as a result, their confidence soars.

Kids have a blast here. There’s smiling and laughter throughout every class. We have our moments of intense concentration and focus… but we always balance things out with fun and games to keep everything alive and light.

Yes! Martial arts is a powerful source of confidence for kids. They practice hard and learn techniques in order to advance through the ranks. And as they advance, they fill with pride. After all, they’re the ones doing all the work – so they feel all of the accomplishment whenever they learn a new move… achieve a new belt… or get praise from their fellow students and instructors.

Honestly, practically every age is a good age to start! We have children as young as 3 years old, as well as teenagers. We also have specific programs for adults. So no matter where you or your child is on the age spectrum – we’ve got you covered.

Yes! We have a good mix of both girls and boys in our kid’s martial arts classes! Some people think that the boys are much “stronger and tougher,” but in reality, this is not true. In fact, often girls are the stronger ones!

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

You can start BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) no matter what kind of shape you’re currently in. Because it’s a great workout, you’ll get in awesome shape in no time.

Just talk to your doctor, and see what he/she says. If you get the green light, come on in and get started. If there are conditions around your training – just let us know what your doctors says you can / can’t do. We just want to make sure you’re safe and sound.

Definitely not! After years of practice and expertise with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we’ve identified the key factors that lead to injury – and designed our program to counter each of these factors. The result: injuries do happen (as they do with any intense sport), but they’re extremely rare.

Yes! While the majority of our BJJ students are men, there are women who come and have an awesome experience, too.

In a nutshell: they’re experts, extremely supportive, a lot of fun, and highly focused. They’re there when you need an extra push to do your best, and there when you need a good laugh. These classes are really a great time.

Not at all. We have a good blend of competitive guys, hobbyists, and people just looking for a kick-ass workout.

Definitely. Our expert instructors will work with you to strengthen any weaknesses you have, exploit your strengths, improve your physical fitness and master your technique. Your opponents won’t know what hit’em.

Muay Thai

Any! Our classes help people who aren’t in shape, get in shape. And they help people who are in shape get in even greater shape, fast.

Contact your doctor, and see what he/she says. If your doctor has any questions for us, let us know and we’ll gladly answer them!

Muay Thai IS intense. That’s what’s so awesome about it ;-). However, people do NOT get injured a lot. We’ve created a supportive, safe environment here.

All of the above. Our classes are designed for people of all Muay Thai experience levels to get an awesome experience. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned vet – you’ll get what you’re looking for.

Our classes are for BOTH competitive fighters – as well as people just looking to get an awesome workout, and learn a powerful martial art. If you’re a competitive fighter, you’ll get the attention you need to become quicker, stronger, more agile, and full of impeccable technique. If you’re not, you’ll get a kick-ass workout that’ll get you lean & toned in no time.

Definitely. We’ll help you tone & perfect your technique to give you an edge over your opponents. In addition, our training will improve your physique, increase your endurance and stamina, and boost your strength.

Mixed Martial Arts

Our doors are open to anyone and everyone. As long as you’re willing to learn, have an open mind, and have fun – you’re more than welcome. If you’re not in great shape right now, don’t worry about it. We’ll get you in tip-top shape in no time.

Absolutely. Every class begins with warm-ups and stretching to get you limber and loose. This in itself prevents most injuries. Next, we teach every technique very precisely. And we teach you how to practice it in a very precise way too. This instruction – combined with professional supervision – insures that you won’t get injured. Injuries do happen, but they’re very rare.

Absolutely NOT! These classes are fun, challenging, motivating, and many other things. But they’re certainly not violent. Our MMA training program is a tightly knit family of people who are all dedicated to the cause.

In our case, the cause is having a blast while learning killer MMA technique.

Students range from 20s to late 40s. However we’ve had younger, and we’ve had older. Since you can go at your own pace with this training, there’s really no age limit. Well, babies might have a bit of trouble 😉

Fitness Kickboxing

Most of our members enjoy the group setting, but private sessions are available too depending on instructor availability.

Normally around 15-30, with more instructors added as class size grows.

Yes! Our classes cater to people of all experience levels, and in every class there are people all over the spectrum.

Absolutely. We offer nutritional guidance as part of your membership (at no additional cost).

Definitely. Our entire program was handcrafted to help you get lean & toned. Literally every thing you do here helps you achieve this goal.
