Muay Thai is a style of kickboxing derived in Thailand.

It involves striking techniques using punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Techniques will be broken down in step by step instruction. You will learn how to put together combinations, how to defend from strikes, counter strike, concepts of range, changing angles, clinch work and much more. Our style of Muay Thai is fairly traditional and translates very well into Mixed Martial Arts.

Muay Thai is a total body workout. These total body workouts tone muscles, strengthen your core, but also get your heart rate high enough to provide a great cardiovascular workout. The physical benefits are nothing more than a side effect of showing up to class and putting in work. This class is not only a great way to get in shape but it will also equip you with the tools and confidence to know that you can defend yourself if needed.
